The company began with High Field MRI and Cat Scan only, however, through the years Spring Hill MRI realized the need for Open MRI, Ultrasound, MRA/MRV/MRCP, Echocardiograms, and also X - Ray.  At Spring Hill MRI the patient comes first, everything else second.
